🌿WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
Each session is guided by you.
We begin with where you are at that day—
what feels present, what feels important, or what feels stuck.
From there, we may:
• Explore current challenges or patterns
• Identify triggers and responses
• Talk through experiences at a pace that feels manageable
• Bring awareness to what is happening in your body and nervous system
• Introduce tools or strategies to support regulation
Some sessions are more reflective.
Others are more practical.
We follow what is most supportive for you in the moment.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in safety.
I integrate:
• Somatic-based approaches (body awareness and regulation)
• Attachment-based perspectives (understanding relationship patterns)
• Parts work (exploring different aspects of your responses)
• Cognitive and behavioral approaches (CBT-informed)
• Strengths-based and psychoeducational approaches
This means we are not just talking about what is happening—
we are also building understanding and tools you can use in your daily life.
